Our phone system uses Voice over IP on cisco phones.

ESC employees can dial other extensions by dialing the four digit extension.
ESC employees can dial NWOCA employees by dialing #267 and the four digit extension

You can also dial other districts with Cisco VOIP by using their direct dial codes.
